Customised massage session focuses on deep relaxation and includes remedial massage techniques - such as trigger point therapy, stretches and firmer pressure – without causing

strong pain.  

The session is enhanced with individually prescribed blends of essential oils, and can include warm stones and crystals – unless unwanted or not appropriate for health reasons.
