Giving back ...  Free massage treatments for carers

If you're caring for a partner, family member or friend who is managing a chronic medical condition, undergoing cancer treatment, injury rehab, stroke or other, we would love you to receive a free 1-hour therapeutic massage.

​

We offer complimentary massage treatments to unpaid carers on selected Sundays.

​

We are both professionally trained remedial massage therapists with many years' experience,

and have separate businesses in the same location.

​

We provide these treatments because we believe your contribution is significant, both to

those you love and care for and to our wider community.

​

We know you probably don't do a lot for your own health and well-being and we would like

to help you have some time-out and self-care.

​

​

This undertaking began 2 years ago with Carole providing free-of-charge monthly massage treatments to some of the carers of clients attending the neuro-physio facility, Advance Rehab Centre in Artarmon.

​

When she changed the location to her clinic room in Crows Nest, her co-tenant, Rick of Knots in Knead Massage Therapy, was keen to be involved also.

(with first appointment 10am and last appointment 4pm)
